Our parish runs a children�s sacramental program every year. An activity which the Sacramental program undertakes with the children of the parish is Rosary Bead making. The purpose of this workshop is to engage our children and young people in a fun, tactile and informative way about the Rosary. It is a very simple yet symbolic way of engaging our children in our faith and helping them to learn more about the Marian Devotion and how prayer can be an opportunity for reflection and mediation.

More than ever it is important to help build resilience and create time and space for our children and young people for a period of quite time in our busy and sensory filled world and environment. This activity allows children to make their very own set of Rosary Beads which will be unique and individual to each child who participates as they will be choosing form a range of bright and colourful beads.
