Celebrating Playgroup

Celebrating a morning where playgroup is open to everyone in the community. Having extra opportunities for the early years families .

For example:

-Nurse (baby/early years local hospital health nurse)

-Sports (local early yeas sports opportunities)

– Library (local library staff)

-Face Painting (to simply provide fun, love and confidence to everyone)

Being in a small remote town our parents often have to travel to have access to these opportunities. By having these people join us for the morning it can equip our families with the knowledge and opportunities they normal wouldn’t have. Our families utilise our school and playgroup for a morning out where the children can play and learn and the parents get to socialise. The families enjoy the opportunity of interacting with like-minded people. They speak of being able to have a morning which supports a positive mental health with young families.
