Cheeky Monkeys Playgroup - Children's rights week

Celebrating over 3 days, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9am-11am YMCA Springfield Lakes Community Centre will open up our playgroup to the whole of the Greater Springfield Region for a free session of playgroup where children can relax, play and be together! Our Playgroup for the week will focus on fostering positive social interactions, helping children develop essential social skills and build relationships that extend beyond the center.

Our Playgroup will run for 2 hours for children 0-5 and their families.

9am-10am Free play, activates based on fine motor skills, social skills, building relationships through messy play, colours, sorting etc.

10am Free healthy eating morning tea

10.15am-10.45am Craft activity – Make a wall collage on Children’s rights to be displayed in the community center foyer

10.45-11am Story time and songs
