My Play, My Right!

Curious Me are a private company that occupy almost an acre of semi-rural residential property, this space has purposefully been created for children to experience high quality play; play that is unadulterated, child led and intrinsically motivated. Our play paradise is outdoors and based in nature, where children are provided with complete agency to enjoy large loose parts, push their bodies, participate in appropriate levels of risk taking, get dirty and experience childhood the way it should be. Ultimately, just play. Curious Me’s primary offering is commercial and paid, that being we strongly advocate for and believe access to quality play and play places should be free. We often partner with local services to fund community events and have provided 10+ in kind session this year. On successful application of this grant, we would be able open our space to the community, appropriately staffed by our playwork team, and for the first time – this could be free!
