Youth Bands in Concert

The plan is to deliver a day of youth band performances. QSHBA has 4 youth bands which perform separately and/or combined. Three of our members are also teaching in Brisbane area primary and secondary schools. The concert will be youth band specific involving our youth bands and, those from the schools in which we are also involved. Our youth bands have “Band Captains” who are always involved in the preparation for and, the delivery of, band concerts.

Intent is for it to be an open air, free to the public, concert at the “Manly Creative Markets” where we have already established a good working relationship.

When advertising the location of his event, the number of people who would its location, and how to get there, would be in the tens of thousands.

There is plenty of space for the band actually performing and, the bands involved in both the “Bump-in” and, the “bump-out” procedures,
